I went to Fabric once, this summer, a sunday morning…
It was 4 or 5 am, we were really happy to find something open, and it was cheap as it was early in the morning.
We didn’t wait to enter and there was no queue for the cloak room as well…

The music was like it’s written on the description: boom boom boom…
There is a lounge where you can have drink or a rest, so as I was tired, I found a big coach to rest and I succeed to sleep on my boyfriend’s shoulder

If you are lost in London with your friends without anything to do, if everything is closing or if one of you isn’t well suited… you can still go to the fabric!

If you like break beats, techno… you will have fun, If you are a bit drunk, you will have fun anyway, and if you just want to follow your friends but you are tired, there are the sofas !
And It’s near Farridgon train station.

I went to the fabric 5 months ago. We got there quite early so we didn’t have to queue up for a very long time but it took us about 30 minutes to get from the ticket booth to an actual dancefloor. The queue outside is deceptive as there is more queue inside: Queue to buy your tickets (£18) and queue to put your clothes in the cloack room.
The music is what it is. If you like house music or techno then go to fabric, you won’t be disappointed, the sound system is great and the rooms are kind of spacious.
That said, I didn’t enjoy the club much because it’s mostly packed with men and not great looking girls. Why is it an issue? Well, I was out with my girlfriend and she’s extremely beautiful. I couldn’ leave her alone without a bunch of guys trying it on and kind of forcing themselves on her and forcingly holding her. I nearly had a bust up with a few guys because of this. So, I won’t be going there again because of it. There was no fight in there because I handled things the proper way but some guys deserved a good beating and if I go back there, I am not sure I will be able to control myself again. So yeah, go there for the house music but nothing else.
